What is Intelligent Content Classifier

In every organization, many documents are floating around, of which it is not known what is in them, how many of the same documents are stored elsewhere, or whether they pose a risk to AVG or other information guidelines. Just think of all the mailboxes of employees. Private and business mail mixed together , sensitive data that we would rather not store, and purpose-related messages that actually belong in a file or case.

With the Novadoc Intelligent Content Classifier we visualize this and can then perform actions on it:

- deduplicate

- clean up

- anonymize

- classify

- provided with metadata

- migrate to a DMS, file or case system

We visualize content, improve quality and then help clean up, migrate and manage. If desired, we provide a document, file or case system and archive that brings the situation under control. With records management that also arranges for the future what is retained remains and what must go.

Disk space, cloud and search time

Keeping redundant documents and information in the systems costs time, money and involves risks:

- disk space, especially in the cloud, is not cheap. In addition to physical disk space, consider backup systems and human management time that it costs

- Documents left lying around after they should have been deleted pose a risk. They may be evidence in a case, or contain sensitive information that should not be retained (GDPR).

Your documents as a source of information

Once the documents have been analyzed and enriched, they can add value again. For example, as a knowledge domain for a chatbot. The chatbot can then answer all questions for which the answer can be found in the analyzed documents. Your own AI Helpdesk! We call this Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), where AI is used to create a model of your own document. This way, the answer will always be true, and that saves the service desk a lot of work.
