You work with IBM software. You have purchased licenses for this. It is important and nowadays also mandatory to maintain the software and keep it safe (bugs, patches and fixes). You can take out IBM license support from us and Novadoc will take care of the implementation. This means that Novadoc reports any problems with the platform to IBM and takes care of the communication about this, including receiving the upgrade or bug fix. Would you also like help with its installation? Then we will offer you an SLA for this.
